Meritor Driveline Angle Analysis Tool Installation

1. Prior to installing, your computer must have Adobe Reader 9 installed. This allows your computer to open .pdf files.

1. Click the blue link to install if needed. Adobe Reader 9 Installer.exe

2. Follow the onscreen instructions from Adobe to finish the install and then return to the DAA download page.

Note: If uncertain, click the link and go through the install. This will not harm your computer.

2. With Adobe Reader 9 installed, proceed to install the Meritor Drive Angle Analysis Tool by clicking the following
link: "Meritor DAA Tools.exe".

1. Your computer security will ask if you want to “Run” or “Save” the file. Click “Run”.

2. You may receive a security warning stating “The publisher of Meritor DAA Tools.exe couldn’t be verified.
Are you sure you want to run the program?” Click “Run”.

Note: If your network security does not allow this, you will need to contact your local network administrator to continue.

3. You will be given a prompt window asking where to store the unpackaged file. In the “Unzip to folder:” blank, ensure the
file routing is “C:\MeritorDAA”. If not type C:\MeritorDAA in the space provided and click Unzip or Run.

1. Once the download is complete, close the prompt window.

4. Click on “My Computer”.

Note: If your network security does not allow this, you will need to contact your local network administrator to continue.

5. Locate the (C:) drive and double click the drive.

6. Locate the folder “MeritorDAA” and double click the folder to open it.

7. Locate the “Meritor Driveline Angle Analysis Tools” shortcut icon.

8. Right click the icon and select copy with the left mouse button.

9. Close the window.

10. Right click on the desktop and select paste with the left mouse button

11. Double click the icon and the Meritor DAA program will launch.
