Explanation of the Menu Bar Elements:

• Home - Returns you back to your home page.

• My Progress - If you choose this button, you will see a listing of the courses you have already begun and completed. From here you may navigate to one of the courses shown.

• Help - Get help on how to use online training.

• Course Groups - This button will take you to the screen which lists the course groups available to take a course in. From here you may choose a course group and navigate to a course list screen.

• Instructor Training - view the date and times for instructor led training. Also for ARMU training, take pre and post tests.

• Misc Items - This page contains links, etc.

To take a university course, navigate to the course groups screen either by choosing the button in the menu bar. Then, simply choose the course you wish to take.

You should read and understand a page before progressing to the next page. There may be questions interspersed within the course to get you thinking. Then, at the end of the course, there will be a short quiz, which will be scored.

How to Change Your Screen Resolution:

1. Right-click on your desktop
2. Select PROPERTIES
3. On the DISPLAY PROPERTIES screen, select the Settings tab
4. In the Screen Resolution section, drag the slide bar until the resolution says "1024 by 768 pixels"
5. Select OK
6. Your screen will go black for a few seconds while your computer switches resolutions
7. You may or may not be prompted a second time to select OK after the resolution switch has occurred
